Rooted & Rising is a 5-week women’s circle for those who are awakening, shifting, or standing at a crossroads.
We’ll gather in sisterhood to reconnect with our hearts and honour both the depth of our emotions and the strength of our will. Through healing conversations, intuitive guidance, and embodied wisdom, you’ll begin to trust yourself again—and take empowered action toward the life you want to create.

Masculine + feminine energy: balancing inspiration with follow-through
Emotional healing and spiritual reconnection
Resilience, self-trust, and the courage to choose again
How to move through transition with grace and support
